Our Qi and Aging
Did you know that how we experience the aging process is very much connected to our qi? ☀️Yep, there is a natural decline in the amount of qi we have available to us at any time, especially as we age, 👍 BUT, there are so many things we can do to build, cultivate and protect our qi as we age🙌 We can adjust our diets to be full of fresh, organic fruits 🍉 🥝🍅 and vegetables🥦🥬🥕, organic animal protein🐓🐟 and healthy grains🌱; we can focus on quality sleep😴 and stress management techniques meditation 🧘🏽♀️ yoga, or tai chi😊 all cultivate our qi and keep us healthy and strong💪🏽.
